Over the years, we have developed what we feel is the most effective manner to train young players, while also offering assistance to families who are interested in seeing an opportunity to play at the next level. Through our clinics, our play leagues, and practices, we have found a successful model that allows for teaching and implementing team concepts, focusing on individual skill development with highly successful coaches, and actually playing lacrosse in a league, where a player can develop confidence, and try to incorporate aspects of lessons taught during practices. We have found this model to be invaluable.

We have an experienced veteran staff. Many of our head coaches have successful coaching careers in the high school ranks, including two coaches who have made six State Championship appearances. These coaches work as a cohort, implementing practice plans and having the experience to make changes to help increase knowledge and skills. Our coaches tend to have a lot of experience as educators as well as coaches, and this bodes well in helping us communicate effectively both with players and their parents. Many of our coaches have garnered Conference Coach of the Year Honors, and have coached many All Americans (both for players and Academic All Americans), Conference Players of the Year, and a long list of All State and All Conference selections. Many former Hilltoppers have gone on to coach at the collegiate rank, high school rank, and serve as coaches for youth teams. We are a family run business that does not answer to larger corporate entities. This allows us to constantly invest in our staff and players, and continuously strive to create a highly successful program.
